Within the scope of making the website accessible at https://float-health.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") available, as well as the information and contact details integrated therein, Float – Publicidade, Unipessoal Lda., with registered office at Avenida Duque de Loulé n.º 47, 3.º Esq., 1050-086 Lisboa, legal entity no. 506 275 906, in its capacity as data controller (hereinafter referred to as "FLOAT"), may request and process users’ personal data.
For the purposes of this Policy, "personal data" means any information, of any nature and regardless of the medium, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject" or "User").
An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to:

Through this Privacy Policy, FLOAT provides the User with detailed information about:

No subcontracted entity may transmit personal data to third parties without the prior written authorization of FLOAT, nor use other subcontractors without FLOAT’s consent.

FLOAT may collect personal data:

As a rule, data processing associated with the use of the Site does not involve the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
If this proves necessary, FLOAT will ensure that transfers are carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, guaranteeing a level of protection essentially equivalent to that required by European law.

C. User Rights
C.1 Exercising rights
Under applicable law, the User has the following rights:

To request the deletion of personal data, as provided by law. - Right to restriction of processing

FLOAT will respond to the request within a maximum period of one month, except in cases of special complexity.
If the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, FLOAT may refuse to comply or charge reasonable administrative costs.
Without prejudice to other means of recourse, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.
C.2 Personal Data Breach
In the event of a personal data breach, FLOAT undertakes to notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours whenever such a breach is likely to imply a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
Where applicable, affected users will also be informed.
D. Final Provisions
D.1 Questions
For any questions related to the processing of personal data, users may contact FLOAT’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).
D.2 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Portuguese law.
Any disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Policy shall be submitted to the courts of the district where FLOAT’s headquarters are located (Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon).
D.3 Changes to the Privacy Policy
FLOAT reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
